Rates of Exchange enables you to process internal invoices, bill your clients, or settle freight charges by offering the exchange rates set by OOCL. You can search exchange rates based on vessel name, voyage, port, and bound direction. You can view rates in the required currency instead of contacting OOCL for exchange rates.
From the menu bar:
Select Rate and Tariff > Rates of Exchange Search
In Search by, select Vessel
Enter the vessel name or at least three characters contained within the vessel name (including numbers and spaces)
Enter the port name and voyage number
Select a bound direction
Click Search
Click 
to view rates of exchange
From the menu bar:
Select Rate and Tariff > Rates of Exchange Search
In Search by, select Port
Enter the port name
Select a bound direction
Click Search
