Signing In

You must have a OOCL user account and a password to sign in to My OOCL Center. These are provided by your OOCL Administrator. Your user account determines your access to specific features based on your role. For example, an administrator is assigned a different role from a company user.

Signing in to My OOCL Center

To sign in to My OOCL Center:

1. Enter your User ID

2. Enter your Password

3. Click Sign In

Having trouble signing in?

The password is case sensitive. Therefore, you must enter uppercase and lowercase letters correctly. If you forgot your password or user ID, click the corresponding hyperlink.

To retrieve your password:

1. Click Forgot your Password or User ID?

2. Enter your User ID

3. Click Request New Password

Note: A temporary password will be sent to your e-mail address registered with My OOCL Center.

To retrieve your user ID:

1. Click Forgot your Password or User ID?

2. Enter your First Name

3. Enter your Last Name

4. Enter your E-mail Address used in your user profile

5. Click Request User ID

Note: Your User ID will be sent to your e-mail address registered with My OOCL Center.

Signing off

To sign off My OOCL Center:

1. Click Sign Off at the upper right corner of the page

2. Click OK
