Manage My Profile

CargoSmart allows you to view the account profile originally created for you by your company Administrator. You may customize some attributes of your user profile and see the rights the Administrator has assigned to you.

Change Personal Information

From My CargoSmart Center:

Tip: As a As a general user, you are entitled to edit your job title, department, and contact phone and fax number(s). Your name, user ID, and e-mail may not be changed.

View Administrator Assigned Rights

Your user profile displays the rights and preferences that were assigned by your company Administrator.

Tips: As a general user with booking rights, you may select your preferred units of measurement, and opt to receive booking receipts by e-mail.

If your company Administrator has activated e-mail notification sharing, you may select your preferred e-mail format, and opt to reset your assigned preferences. White check boxes indicate e-mail notifications that have been granted by your Administrator. You may check or uncheck these selections at any time to control what type of shipment e-mails you receive. Gray check boxes indicate e-mail notifications that were not granted by your Administrator. If you wish to receive those e-mails, you must request it directly from your Administrator.

View/Receive Transaction Log

Your transaction log provides you with a list of daily transactions that you have completed online through CargoSmart.
