CargoSmart allows you to view the account profile originally created for you by your company Administrator. You may customize some attributes of your user profile and see the rights the Administrator has assigned to you.
From My CargoSmart Center:
Select Manage My Profile to open your user profile
Update each section of the form as needed
Select Save Changes to update your profile
Tip: As a As a general user, you are entitled to edit your job title, department, and contact phone and fax number(s). Your name, user ID, and e-mail may not be changed.
Your user profile displays the rights and preferences that were assigned by your company Administrator.
From My CargoSmart Center:
Select Manage My Profile to open your user profile
Select Close to close the window
You may see one or more of the following rights and preferences:
Preferred time zone, units of measurement, and e-mail format
Updates on new product releases and enhancements
Booking rights
Receive booking receipt by e-mail
List of selected exception alert and milestone notification e-mails
Assigned shipment coverage
From My CargoSmart Center:
Select Manage My Profile to open your user profile
Make changes to your preferences as needed
Select Save Changes to update your user profile
Tips:
As a general user with booking rights, you may select your preferred units
of measurement, and opt to receive booking receipts by e-mail.
If your company Administrator has activated e-mail notification sharing,
you may select your preferred e-mail format, and opt to reset your assigned
preferences. White check boxes indicate e-mail notifications that have
been granted by your Administrator. You may check or uncheck these selections
at any time to control what type of shipment e-mails you receive. Gray
check boxes indicate e-mail notifications that were not granted by your
Administrator. If you wish to receive those e-mails, you must request
it directly from your Administrator.
Your transaction log provides you with a list of daily transactions that you have completed online through CargoSmart.
From My CargoSmart Center:
Select View Transaction Log
Select Carrier
Select dates that you would like to view
Select a Module
Select a Transaction
Select Show Transaction Log to view your transactions
Select Receive Transaction Log Now to have a report sent to your e-mail
From My CargoSmart Center:
Select Change Password
Enter your current and new password
Select Change to update your password
Your new password will be effective immediately.
