Reports generated based on your templates may be viewed online. Alternatively, you may schedule to receive generated reports via e-mail.
Only users with online viewing rights have access to shipment reporting. Your user profile page displays the rights to view shipment details that were assigned by your company Administrator.
Tip: If multiple shipment
records are found matching a given booking, bill of lading, or other reference
number, a list of shipments associated with that number will be provided.
The list will contain the search number and the carrier. Select on a search
number to view the details of a particular shipment.
Hot Bills of Lading and Containers are only available for registered users.

CargoSmart will divide reports greater than 1MB and send them in multiple
parts. This may resolve the attachment file size limitation imposed by
some e-mail service providers.
If at the time of the report generation, there are no shipment records
that match the criteria you have defined, the report will still be sent
to your e-mail account. If you wish to stop the report, you must change
the report schedule. Please refer to Set
Report Schedule for more information.
