Terminate Relationship is only available to active relationships.
From My CargoSmart Center:
Select Manage Relationships
Choose a relationship
Select Terminate Relationship
The termination will be effective immediately.
CargoSmart will send an e-mail notifying the proposal parties that the
proposal has been terminated.
