You can manage user profiles of your Company users. You can create, modify, and delete user profiles and reset passwords. You can also change user access privileges, user groups, and user shipment coverage.
You can perform any of the following options:
From the menu bar:
Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search
Enter the Primary Information
Enter the Preferences
Enter the Access
Enter the E-mail Subscriptions
Click Save
From the menu bar:
Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search
Click corresponding to the user profile to be modified
Make the necessary changes
Click Save
From the menu bar:
Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search
Click corresponding to the user profile to be deleted
Click Delete
From the menu bar:
Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search
Click corresponding to the user profile to be modified
Click the Access tab
Select or clear the check boxes for individual access privileges
Click Save
From the menu bar:
Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search
Click corresponding to the user profile
Click OK
From the menu bar:
Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search
Click corresponding to the user profile to be modified
Click theAccess tab
Do one of the following:
To add a group to the profile, select the group from Available Groups and move to Selected Groups
To remove a group from the profile, select the group from Selected Groups and move to Available Groups
Click Save
From the menu bar:
Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search
Click corresponding to the user profile to be modified
Click the Access tab
Select a new Shipment Coverage
Click Save
