Managing User Profiles

You can manage user profiles of your Company users. You can create, modify, and delete user profiles and reset passwords. You can also change user access privileges, user groups, and user shipment coverage.

You can perform any of the following options:

Create user profile

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search

  2. Enter the Primary Information

  3. Enter the Preferences

  4. Enter the Access

  5. Enter the E-mail Subscriptions

  6. Click Save

Modify user profile

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search

  2. Click corresponding to the user profile to be modified

  3. Make the necessary changes

  4. Click Save

Delete user profile

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search

  2. Click corresponding to the user profile to be deleted

  3. Click Delete

Change user access privileges

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search

  2. Click corresponding to the user profile to be modified

  3. Click the Access tab

  4. Select or clear the check boxes for individual access privileges

  5. Click Save

Reset password

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search

  2. Click Reset Password corresponding to the user profile

  3. Click OK

Change user group

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search

  2. Click corresponding to the user profile to be modified

  3. Click theAccess tab

  4. Do one of the following:

  5. Click Save

Change user shipment coverage

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Administration > User Profiles > User Profile Search

  2. Click corresponding to the user profile to be modified

  3. Click the Access tab

  4. Select a new Shipment Coverage

  5. Click Save
