Hot Shipments

Hot shipment enables you to quickly track up to 25 B/L and container numbers simultaneously.

• Add a hot container

• Add a hot bill of lading

• Delete a container

• Delete a bill of lading

• Track a hot container or bill of lading

Add a hot container

From the menu bar:

1. Select Tracking > Hot Shipments

2. Enter a container number

3. Click Add

4. Click Save

Note: You can also specify a container as hot container from Track Cargo and Trace North America Rail search results.

Add a hot bill of lading

From the menu bar:

1. Select Tracking > Hot Shipments

2. Enter a bill of lading number

3. Click Add

4. Click Save

Note: You can also specify a B/L as hot B/L from Track Cargo and Trace North America Rail search results.

Delete a container

From the menu bar:

1. Select Tracking > Hot Shipments

2. Select the container

3. Click Delete

4. Click Save

Delete a bill of lading

From the menu bar:

1. Select Tracking > Hot Shipments

2. Select the bill of lading

3. Click Delete

4. Click Save

Track a hot container or bill of lading

From the menu bar:

1. Select Tracking > Hot Shipments

2. Select the container or bill of lading

3. Click Track
