Shipment Details

Shipment details enables you to view detailed shipment information. You can search shipments based on booking number, B/L number, container number, or reference number. You can view details such as booking status, shipment route, B/L status, and customs clearance status.

View booking status

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

View details of a shipment

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

TipNote: Searching by booking number will display the contents of the booking confirmation and searching by B/L will display the contents of the B/L message from OOCL.

View detailed shipment route

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

TipNote: The detailed shipment route can also be viewed in Track Cargo. Searching by booking number will display the contents of the booking confirmation; searching by B/L will display the contents of the B/L message from the carrier.

View detention and demurrage last free dates

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

If searching by Container or reference number, select the B/L or booking number.

TipNote: Detention and Demurrage last free dates can also be viewed in Track Cargo. Searching by booking number will display the contents of the booking confirmation; searching by B/L will display the contents of the B/L message from the carrier.

View cargo cutoff for a shipment

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

View SI cutoff date

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

View advance manifest requirements

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

View SI status

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

View B/L status

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

View B/L freight clearance status

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

View cargo release status

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

View inbound customs clearance status

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

TipNote: Inbound customs clearance status can also be viewed in Track Cargo.

View payment status

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

View freight charges

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

View standard view of shipment details

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Tracking > Shipment Details

  2. Enter one of the following:

  3. Click Search

  4. Click Show all Shipment Details

TipNote: This function is available only if you have created a customized view of shipment details.

Create customized view of shipment details

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Administration > My Profile

  2. Click the Preferences tab

  3. Under Shipment Details Customized View, select the shipment details you want to view

  4. Click Save

Modify customized view of shipment details

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Administration > My Profile

  2. Click the Preferences tab

  3. Under Shipment Details Customized View, select or clear the check boxes for shipment details

  4. Click Save
