Service requests enable you to submit service requests for your shipments. Service requests enable transparent two-way communication of your request and the subsequent actions. Also, proactive alerting mechanisms give you end-to-end visibility and a clear audit trail.
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Submit Service Request
Enter one of the following:
Booking Number
Bill of Lading Number
Container Number
Invoice Number
Vessel Voyage
Reference Number
Click Search
Select the shipment if there are multiple matches
FromRequest Category, select Reefer Shipment
Click Go
Select the Container Atmosphere
Enter the Temperature
Indicate if Sensitive Cargo
Select the Generator Set required
Enter the Container Information
Click Add Container Information to add additional containers
Click Add Reefer Setting to add additional Reefer Settings
Click to add an emergency contact
Enter the Service Request Remarks
If required, upload a document
Click Submit
Note: The shipment cargo nature must be set to reefer.
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Submit Service Request
Enter one of the following:
Booking Number
Bill of Lading Number
Container Number
Invoice Number
Vessel Voyage
Reference Number
Click Search
FromRequest Category, select Trucking and Haulage
Under Request Forms, click the Online hyperlink corresponding to Trucking and Haulage Form
Select Door Pickup option for Haulage
Enter the Container Information
Specify the Appointment Time and Appointment Address
If you want to add an additional pickup location, click Multiple Pickup Locations
If you want to add an additional appointment, click Add Appointment
Enter the Service Request Remarks
If required, upload a document
Click Submit
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Submit Service Request
Enter one of the following:
Booking Number
Bill of Lading Number
Container Number
Invoice Number
Vessel Voyage
Reference Number
Click Search
ClickRequest Category and select the Trucking and Haulage option
Select Door Delivery option for Haulage
Select the Container Numbers
Specify the Appointment Time and Appointment Address
If you want to add an additional pickup location, click Multiple Pickup Locations
If you want to add an additional appointment, click Add Appointment
Enter the Service Request Remarks
If required, upload a document
Click Submit
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Submit Service Request
Enter one of the following:
Booking Number
Bill of Lading Number
Container Number
Invoice Number
Vessel Voyage
Reference Number
Click Search
Click the Online hyperlink corresponding to the service request you want to submit
Enter the Service Request Remarks
If required, upload a document
Click Submit
Note: If you cannot find the required service request form, select a country or region from the Country / Region box and click Go to view all service request forms available for the selected country or region.
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > My Requests Search
Select one of the following Status:
New
Waiting
In Progress
Accepted
Cancelled
Click Search
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > My Requests Search
Enter Start Date and End Date
Click Search
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > My Requests Search
Select a reference type and enter the reference number
Click Search
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > My Requests Search
Enter the Vessel Name and Voyage Number
Click Search
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > My Requests Search
Enter at least one of the following:
Request Date Range
Reference Number
Vessel Voyage
Status
Click Search
Click the description of the service request you want to withdraw
Click Withdraw
Enter Remarks
Click Submit
Note: You can also view outstanding service requests on the My Requests tab.
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > My Requests Search
Enter at least one of the following:
Request Date Range
Reference Number
Vessel Voyage
Status
Select the service request
Click Reply to OOCL
Enter Remarks
If required, upload a document
Click Submit

From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Interaction History
Click Search
Note: Interactions are displayed from the most recent in descending order.
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Interaction History
In theReference Number box, select Booking Number
Enter the Booking Number
Click Search
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Interaction History
In theReference Number box, select B/L Number
Enter the B/L Number
Click Search
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Interaction History
In theReference Number box, select Container Number
Enter the Container Number
Click Search
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Interaction History
Enter the Start Date and End Date
Click Search
From the menu bar:
Select Service Request > Interaction History
Enter the Vessel Voyage
Click Search
