Booking Drafts

When creating a booking request, you can stop at any time and save your booking request as a draft. You can access the saved drafts later and continue creating your booking request. After you complete and submit your booking draft, the draft is removed from the list of saved drafts.

Save booking as draft

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Booking > Booking Request

  2. Click Save as Draft

  3. Enter a name and description for the draft

  4. Select Save

TipNote: If you modify an existing booking draft and change the name of the booking draft during modification, a new booking draft will be created with the new name and modifications will be applied to this new draft. The original booking draft that you selected for modification will remain unchanged.

Submit booking from draft

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Booking > Drafts

  2. Click corresponding to the booking draft you want to submit

  3. Make the necessary changes

  4. Click Submit Booking Request

  5. Review the Booking Request Summary

  6. If you want to receive the booking request receipt through e-mail, select I would like to receive an e-mail with the booking information just specified
  7. Click Process Booking Request

TipNote: After you submit booking request from a draft, the draft will be removed from your list of booking drafts.

Delete booking draft

From the menu bar:

  1. Select Booking > Drafts

  2. Click corresponding to the booking draft you want to delete

  3. Click Delete

  4. Click OK
